Coaching for today world and tomorrow must be awesome.
The world will start to become home to fresh new concepts and words that will change the way we live.
Coaches need to be aware of them and make them there code.
Awesomeness is one of these neologisms and there are others emerging like “thick value“ “ethical production“ and “winning ugly“.
Thick value refers to more than just value but long lasting real tangible experiential benefits.
Ethical production refers to the mind set of caring for the planet integrated into what we do.
Winning Ugly is all about focusing on winning, not how it looks to others just winning.
Manifestos and lifestance [or life stance] are concepts you will see more of and are useful for coaches to develop for themselves.
In my opinion there are words and concepts that are now relics.
Coaches will benefit from integrating new concepts that are relevant to now.
This will mean advancing skill levels in some areas and introducing new ways of working.
I believe clients want more engagement, love, and attraction in their lives and these will be attached to whatever is of ultimate importance to them.
Coaching is now about focusing on things that are of ultimate importance to clients, expecting the unexpected , acting fast and having the mantra “what if“ not asking “why“. Coaches must be awesome and different going forward for all concerned to benefit.
